With a focus on consumer and employee engagement, 2018 marks the conference’s 16th year, and will be held May 23-24, 2018 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Chicago.

Speakers and highlights include:

- Zillow’s Racquel Russell, Barilla’s Laura Birk and NeuroLeadership Institute Khalil Smith will share tactics for merging CSR and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Timberland’s Margaret Morey-Reuner will illuminate their incredible journey from tree planting efforts in Haiti to the creation of a successful triple-bottom-line business.
- JetBlue’s Icema Gibbs will moderate a discussion of best practices in corporate disaster giving alongside The Home Depot’s Heather Prill, Team Rubicon’s Laura Atwell and Habitat for Humanity’s Julie Laird Davis
