On May 16-17, 2013, VolunteerMatch welcomed 125 participants from over 66 companies to New York, NY, for the annual VolunteerMatch Client Summit. From inspirational keynotes to innovative workshops and Best Practice Cafe’s, this year’s gathering recharged attendees to feel empowered to make a difference in their companies and communities. We are excited to share with you some of the insights from this year’s Summit.
In the fall of 2012, VolunteerMatch conducted a survey about the structure and management of effective Employee Volunteer Programs (EVPs). The resulting report contains a summary of survey responses from the sample of 97 VolunteerMatch clients that manage EVPs.
On May 17-18, 2012 we welcomed 115 participants to our hometown of San Francisco, CA for the annual VolunteerMatch Client Summit. We enjoyed thought-provoking keynote presentations and collaborative Best Practice Cafe sessions, all while networking with like-minded professionals to share our own experiences and successes.
Working with hundreds of businesses over the past 13 years has allowed VolunteerMatch to understand and address the challenges employee volunteer program (EVP) managers face in building and sustaining a program.
