Have you had a chance to check out the UnitedHealthcare/VolunteerMatch Do Good. Live Well. Survey? The new report, one of the most comprehensive of its kind, analyzed findings from a survey of more than 4,500 Americans over the age of 18 in order to identify the health impacts of volunteering. Everyone who works with volunteers should know what\'s inside. The survey found that 68% of those who volunteered in the past year report that volunteering has made them feel physically healthier. 2010 Client Summit Recap – The Glitz, Glamour and Volunteering

The 2010 VolunteerMatch Client Summit, sponsored by MGM MIRAGE, wrapped up just a few hours ago! For the 90 guests who came out to the Luxor Hotel & Casino to network, learn and share ideas about corporate volunteer engagement, this year\'s event -- \"Bet On Volunteering!\" -- stirred with excitement about the future of corporate volunteering and its place in the larger Social Responsibility landscape. The Summit didn\'t waste any time. Guests arriving early mingled with VolunteerMatch team members on Wednesday night at the House of Blues, in Mandalay Bay. Conseco, which is changing its name to CNO Financial Group, Inc. in May, has been supporting its employee volunteers for years. In 2009, for example, the Indiana-based insurance and annuities provider and Fortune 500 company inspired employees to donate more than 16,000 hours of service to support their communities.
