I’m working on material for our 2009 Annual Report (I know, we’re already midway through 2010… don’t ask!).
Typically, the focus of a nonprofit’s annual report is on mission delivery, funding, and financial reporting. So where do you see volunteering fit in?
What numbers do you report on?
What faces, personalities, or stories do you include?
What section do you put it into?
And most important, what is the positive outcome you are hoping to see from including your volunteer program highlights in your annual report?
