Nonprofit Insights: A New Webinar Series Kicks Off Right

Announcing a new webinar series from VolunteerMatch!VolunteerMatch has spent almost 14 years steeped in the fields of nonprofit capacity building and volunteer engagement. Not only do we have a lot to share, but we know a lot of other leaders who have a lot to share with the nonprofits in our network.

We are now thrilled to announce a new addition to our Education & Training offerings in the form of a new webinar series: Nonprofit Insights.

Nonprofit Insights will bring major thought leaders and experts to you for thought-provoking presentations on a variety of issues related to technology and engaging your community members for social good.

These webinars will allow us to dive deep with you into recent trends, controversial issues and more complex practices than we usually cover in our standard Learning Center curricula.

To kick things off right, we’ve invited our friends at Social Media for Nonprofits and Eventbrite to talk about how using social media can help you engage volunteers for your events. Brianna Haag, SF Marketing Manager at Eventbrite, and Ritu Sharma, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Social Media for Nonprofits, will introduce the different roles volunteers can play in your nonprofit events, and how social media can help you engage them.
