Yesterday we debuted the new VolunteerMatch Community Page that helps you find all the ways you can connect with your VolunteerMatch community. As if this wasn’t exciting enough, we hinted at a new support community powered by Get Satisfaction.

We’ve partnered with Get Satisfaction to build a Support Community as a place for us all to focus on the process of how to use VolunteerMatch to recruit volunteers and how to achieve the best outcomes. We hope to provide a more interactive support community as well as to improve the products and services that you use every day to engage volunteers.

What’s great about the VolunteerMatch Support Community is not just that it makes it easy for you to get guidance from VolunteerMatch employees. Other VolunteerMatch users can also contribute their knowledge to help you use the system to recruit great volunteers. Anyone with best practices and information to share can post to the Community.
